You can exercise your right to rectification by providing an additional statement to Seico BV. Seico BV will comply within one (1) month of receiving the additional statement.

• When the personal data was collected based on obtained consent, and no other legal ground exists for processing;

7. Right to withdraw my consent/right to file a complaint

The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Additionally, the User has the right to file a complaint concerning the processing of their personal data by Seico BV with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
